Mini Coloring/Activity Book Resell Agreement Summary

This summary is for informational purposes only and does not replace a formal Resell Agreement. All reseller purchases are subject to a separate written agreement provided after checkout.

  1. Resell Rights: You are granted a non-transferable license to resell the specific custom coloring book created for your order, under your own brand name.

  2. Resell Fee: A one-time $80.00 USD resell licensing fee grants these rights for the duration listed below.

  3. Your Exclusivity: For two (2) years, Simply Living Savvy will not reproduce or resell your exact custom design for another client.

  4. Payment: The resell licensing fee must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  5. Agreement Duration: This agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from the purchase date. After this period, exclusivity expires, but your resell rights remain.

  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement if the terms are violated. Unauthorized reproduction, resale of the design file, or redistribution of the artwork voids all resell rights.

  7. Legal: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  8. Intellectual Property: Simply Living Savvy retains ownership of all original artwork, design elements, and production files. The customer is purchasing a license to resell physical finished books only. Digital files, design layouts, and production methods may not be shared, sold, or reproduced.
