Simply Living Savvy is a creative design studio built on original ideas, artistic development, and brand identity. This policy explains how our intellectual property may be used and how businesses can become approved resell partners.
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content created, displayed, or sold by Simply Living Savvy is the exclusive intellectual property of Simply Living Savvy and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Product designs and visual concepts
• Custom artwork, graphics, and digital files
• Logos, brand names, and slogans
• Product photography and mockups
• Website text, descriptions, and marketing materials
• Templates, digital downloads, and design elements
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or grant reproduction rights unless clearly stated in a written licensing agreement.
2. Personal Use vs. Commercial Use
Personal Use (No License Required)
Customers may purchase items for personal use, gifts, or event décor. Personal use does not include the right to copy, reproduce, digitize, modify, or resell any design.
Commercial Use (License Required)
Any use of Simply Living Savvy designs, products, or digital elements for resale, redistribution, or business purposes requires a valid Commercial or Resell License issued directly by Simply Living Savvy.
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
3. Resell Licensing Program
Simply Living Savvy offers limited opportunities for approved businesses to resell select products under a formal licensing agreement.
What an Approved Resell License Allows
An approved licensee may:
• Resell only the specific products listed in their agreement
• Earn profit from resale within the approved terms
• Market finished products under their own business name (unless otherwise restricted)
What a Resell License Does NOT Allow
A licensee may not:
• Claim ownership of the original design
• Copy, alter, digitize, or reproduce the design files
• Share, sell, or distribute design files or templates
• Use Simply Living Savvy logos, branding, or photos without written permission
• Transfer or sublicense rights to another person or business
Licenses apply only to the individual or business named in the agreement.
4. Digital Products & Templates
Unless a product listing specifically states “Commercial Use License Included,” all digital products, templates, and design elements are sold for personal or single-business use only.
You may not:
• Resell the file as your own
• Share, upload, or redistribute the file
• Convert the design into another format for resale
• Claim the design as original work
Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of usage rights.
5. Third-Party Trademarks & Themed Designs
Some custom orders may include themes inspired by third-party brands, characters, or trademarks at the request of the customer.
Simply Living Savvy:
• Does not claim ownership of any third-party trademark
• Provides customization services only
• Does not grant rights to reproduce or resell trademarked content
Customers are paying for our creative labor and customization services, not ownership of trademarked material.
6. How to Become an Approved Resell Partner
Businesses interested in becoming authorized resellers must:

Pay any applicable licensing fee
Resell rights are only valid once a written agreement is signed. Verbal or informal approvals are not legally binding.
7. License Terms & Conditions
Each resell license may include specific terms such as:
• Approved product list
• Pricing structure or wholesale terms
• Duration of the license
• Sales platform restrictions
• Quality control requirements
These terms will be clearly outlined in the individual licensing agreement.
8. Enforcement & Violations
Unauthorized use of Simply Living Savvy intellectual property may result in:
• Immediate revocation of purchasing or licensing privileges
• Formal cease and desist notice
• DMCA takedown requests
• Legal action when necessary
We actively monitor misuse and protect our creative work.
