This policy explains the ownership of our intellectual property and the requirements for commercial use, licensing, and approved resale partnerships.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content created, displayed, sold, or distributed by Simply Living Savvy remains the exclusive property of Simply Living Savvy unless otherwise stated in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Product designs and concepts
• Custom artwork and graphics
• Logos, branding, and business identifiers
• Product photography and mockups
• Website content and product descriptions
• Marketing materials and advertisements
• Digital downloads and templates
• Creative product concepts and proprietary offerings

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any design, artwork, concept, file, or intellectual property.

Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, products purchased from Simply Living Savvy are intended for personal use only.

Customers may use purchased products for:

• Personal enjoyment
• Gifts
• Event décor and celebrations
• Personal keepsakes

Personal use does not include the right to copy, reproduce, digitize, distribute, modify, manufacture, or resell any Simply Living Savvy design or product.

Commercial Use & Resale

Commercial use of Simply Living Savvy intellectual property requires prior written authorization.

Without written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce our products or designs
• Create derivative versions of our products for sale
• Resell digital files or templates
• Distribute design files or artwork
• Use our branding, photography, or marketing materials
• Represent our designs as your own work

Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Approved Resell Partners

From time to time, Simply Living Savvy may authorize select businesses to resell approved products through a written licensing agreement.

Approved resellers may only sell products specifically identified within their licensing agreement.

Resell rights are never implied and must be granted in writing.

What Approved Resellers May Do

Approved resellers may:

• Sell authorized products under the terms of their agreement
• Earn profit from approved resale activities
• Market authorized products within approved channels

What Approved Resellers May Not Do

Approved resellers may not:

• Claim ownership of any Simply Living Savvy design or concept
• Copy, alter, digitize, or redistribute design files
• Share licensed materials with third parties
• Transfer licensing rights to another individual or business
• Use Simply Living Savvy branding, logos, or product photography without written permission

All licenses are non-transferable and apply only to the approved business named in the agreement.

Digital Products & Templates

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all digital products, templates, and downloadable materials are licensed for personal or single-business use only.

You may not:

• Resell digital files
• Share files with others
• Upload files to marketplaces or file-sharing platforms
• Modify files for redistribution or resale
• Claim ownership of the design

Violation of these terms immediately terminates any permitted usage rights.

Third-Party Brands, Characters & Trademarks

Some custom orders may be created using customer-requested themes, characters, logos, or trademarks owned by third parties.

Simply Living Savvy does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and provides customization services only.

Customers are purchasing creative services, personalization, and production, not ownership of any third-party trademark, brand, or character rights.

Licensing Requests

Businesses interested in licensing opportunities or approved resale partnerships should contact Simply Living Savvy with:

• Business name
• Contact information
• Products of interest
• Intended use or resale plans

Additional licensing terms, fees, and requirements may apply.

Enforcement

Simply Living Savvy actively protects its intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in:

• Revocation of licensing privileges
• Removal of access to products or files
• DMCA takedown requests
• Cease and desist notices
• Legal action when necessary
