Custom Order Process
At Simply Living Savvy, most of our products are made to order and customized just for you. Here’s what to expect after you place your order.
🛍 Step 1: Place Your Order
All customization details (names, colors, themes, dates, wording, etc.) are collected directly on the product page before checkout.
Please double-check all information before submitting your order. Production begins using the details provided.
🎨 Step 2: Design & Personalization
Once your order is received, we begin designing and preparing your custom item using the exact information submitted at checkout.
For select items, you may receive a design proof for approval before production begins. If a proof is required, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
✅ Step 3: Design Approval (If Applicable)
If your item includes a proof:
• You will be notified when your design is ready
• Please review carefully for spelling, dates, and details
• Production begins once approval is received
Delays in approval may affect your turnaround time.
🛠 Step 4: Production
After approval (if required), your item moves into the production phase. Every piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and quality.
Production timelines vary by product. Please refer to our Turnaround Times page for estimated timelines.
📦 Step 5: Packaging & Shipping
Once your item is completed:
• It is carefully packaged
• A shipping label is created
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email
Shipping time is separate from production time. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.
✏️ Order Changes
Because custom items are made specifically for you, changes may not be possible once production has started.
If you need to update your order details, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help if production has not yet begun.
