Custom Order Process

Every order at Simply Living Savvy is created with care and customized specifically for you. Here's what you can expect from the moment your order is placed until it arrives in your hands.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Select your product, complete all customization fields, and submit your order through our website.

Depending on the item, customization details may include:

• Names and wording
• Dates and event information
• Photos and images
• Colors and themes
• Special instructions

Please review all information carefully before completing checkout, as production is based on the details provided.

Step 2: Order Review

Once your order is received, we review your customization details and begin preparing your design and production files.

If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.

Step 3: Design Proof (When Applicable)

Some products include a complimentary design proof before production begins.

If a proof is required:

• A proof will be sent to you for review
• You will have the opportunity to verify names, dates, photos, colors, and other details
• Production will begin once approval is received

Please review your proof carefully. Delays in approval may delay production and delivery timelines.

Step 4: Production

Once all details have been finalized, your order enters production.

Each item is created specifically for you and may involve designing, printing, assembling, engraving, crafting, packaging, or other custom production processes depending on the product ordered.

Because every order is unique, production times vary.

Step 5: Order Updates

Throughout the process, you may receive updates regarding your order by email and/or text message.

Order updates may include:

• Proof notifications
• Production updates
• Shipping notifications
• Local delivery notifications
• Delivery confirmations

We recommend saving our Customer Text Line, (757) 254-3169, to your contacts to ensure you receive important updates.

Step 6: Shipping or Local Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will either be shipped or prepared for local delivery.

Shipping Orders

• Your order will be carefully packaged
• Tracking information will be provided when available
• Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier

Local Delivery Orders

• You will receive a notification when delivery is in progress
• Contactless delivery may be used when appropriate
• A delivery confirmation will be sent once your order has been delivered

Need to Make a Change?

Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

If you need to update any order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when production has not yet started.
