What type of photos work best?
For the best results, we recommend submitting clear, high-resolution photos that are well-lit and not blurry, heavily filtered, cropped, or taken from screenshots whenever possible.
Can you fix or enhance my photo?
Basic adjustments may be possible depending on the image provided. However, image quality cannot be guaranteed if the original file is low resolution or blurry.
Will my photo be cropped?
Some products require photos to be resized or cropped to fit the design layout. We do our best to maintain the integrity of the image while ensuring the best finished appearance.
🎓 Graduation & Event Orders
When should I place my graduation order?
We recommend ordering as early as possible during graduation season. High-demand periods may require additional processing time.
Can I order for a specific event date?
Yes. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and turnaround times.
🎨 Design & Proof Questions
What happens if I approve a proof and later notice a mistake?
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, additional changes may require a remake fee or a new order.
What if I don't respond to my proof?
Production cannot begin until proof approval is received. Delayed approvals may result in delayed production and delivery timelines.
🚚 Local Delivery
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery may be available for eligible orders within designated service areas.
How will I know when my order is being delivered?
You may receive text updates from our Customer Text Line, (757) 254-3169, when your delivery is in progress and again once delivery has been completed.
Do I need to be home for local delivery?
Not necessarily. Most local deliveries are completed using contactless delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Can I create a completely custom item that isn't listed on your website?
Absolutely. We welcome custom project requests. Contact us with your ideas, inspiration photos, colors, quantities, and event details.

Why haven't I received an update yet?
