Important Reminder

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Processing time refers to the time required to design, personalize, create, assemble, and prepare your order.

Shipping time begins only after your order has been completed and shipped.

Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not reduce production time.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and discuss possible rush options.

All processing times listed below are estimates and may vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, proof approval timelines, material availability, customization complexity, and other factors.

During peak seasons, holidays, graduation season, Father's Day, and periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

We strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible for time-sensitive events.

Production timelines for bulk orders depend on:

🎨 Design Proofs

Some products include a complimentary design proof before production begins.

If a proof is required:

• Production will not begin until approval is received
• Delays in approval may result in delayed processing times
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval

🚚 Shipping & Local Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will either be shipped or prepared for local delivery.

Most standard shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after production is complete; however, delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Customers eligible for local delivery will receive updates when delivery is in progress and once delivery has been completed.

⚡ Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for select products depending on current workload, material availability, and order requirements.

Rush availability is not guaranteed.
