Because many of our items are made to order and customized just for you, production times vary by product type. Please review the estimated timelines below before placing your order.
🎉 Customized Party Favors
Estimated Total Time: Up to 2½ Weeks
This timeframe includes:
• Design creation
• Customer approval process
• Production time
• Shipping preparation
You will receive a digital design proof before production begins. Orders will move into production once design approval is received.
If we do not receive a response within the stated approval window, your order may proceed as is or be subject to cancellation depending on timing and communication.
🔑 Most Keychains
Estimated Production Time: 24–48 Hours
Keychains are typically produced and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days.
🖼 Custom Signs & Frames
Estimated Production Time: 48–72 Hours
These items require additional assembly and detail work, so please allow 2–3 business days before shipment.
📦 Bulk Orders
Production Time: Varies by Quantity & Design
Large or bulk orders require custom scheduling. Production timelines will be discussed and confirmed after order details are finalized.
🚚 Shipping Time
Please note that shipping time is separate from production time. Delivery speed depends on the carrier selected at checkout and your location. Most standard shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after production is complete.
