Design Proofs & Approvals

When a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design details before approval.

Proof approval confirms acceptance of all information contained within the design, including:

• Photos and image placement
• Colors and design elements

Once a proof has been approved, Simply Living Savvy is not responsible for errors that were visible within the approved proof.

Customer Submitted Content

By submitting photos, artwork, logos, graphics, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
• The content does not violate any applicable laws
