Return & Refund Policy

At Simply Living Savvy, many of our products are handcrafted, personalized, and made specifically to order. Because each item is created just for you, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Products customized with names, dates, photos, messages, colors, or themes
• Event specific products and party favors
• Made to order items created according to customer specifications
• Products designed using customer supplied photos, artwork, or information

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Design Proof Approval

For products that include a design proof, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval.

By approving a proof, you confirm that all names, dates, spelling, photos, colors, and customization details are accurate.

Simply Living Savvy is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns

We take pride in our work and want you to love your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable
• A brief description of the concern

Each request is reviewed individually. If a production error is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, corrected remake, or store credit at our discretion.

What Is Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be provided for:

• Customer supplied spelling, wording, or information errors
• Errors present in an approved proof
• Low quality photos submitted by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Color variations caused by screen or monitor settings
• Minor variations inherent to handmade and handcrafted products
• Normal wear and tear after delivery

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.
