At Simply Living Savvy, many of our products include personalized designs created specifically for each customer. To ensure accuracy and satisfaction, select products may include a digital design proof before production begins.

Please review this policy carefully before approving your proof.

What Is a Design Proof?

A design proof is a digital preview of your personalized item provided for review before production.

Proofs allow customers to verify details such as:

• Names and spelling
• Dates and event information
• Photos and image placement
• Colors and design elements
• Custom wording and personalization

Not all products include a proof. Proof availability will vary based on the product ordered.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details contained within the proof before approval.

Please review:

• Names and spelling
• Dates and numbers
• Grammar and wording
• Photo selection and placement
• Design layout and customization details

We strongly recommend reviewing your proof multiple times before providing approval.

Approval Authorization

Once a proof has been approved, it is considered final approval to proceed with production.

Approval confirms that all information displayed in the proof is accurate and acceptable for production.

Production will begin based on the approved design.

Changes After Approval

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

If changes are requested after approval:

• Additional fees may apply
• Production timelines may be extended
• A complete remake may require a new order

Any accommodation is provided solely at the discretion of Simply Living Savvy.

Errors in Approved Proofs

Simply Living Savvy is not responsible for:

• Misspelled names approved by the customer
• Incorrect dates approved by the customer
• Incorrect wording approved by the customer
• Approved photo selections
• Approved design placements

Customers assume responsibility for any errors present in an approved proof.

Delayed Approvals

Production timelines begin after proof approval has been received.

Delays in responding to proof requests may result in delayed processing and delivery timelines.

Simply Living Savvy is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed proof approvals.

Unresponsive Customers

If a proof is provided and we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, production may be delayed until approval is received.

For time-sensitive orders, failure to respond promptly may impact the ability to meet requested event dates.

Color Variations

Digital proofs are displayed on electronic devices and may appear differently depending on screen settings, brightness levels, and monitor calibration.

Minor color variations between a digital proof and the finished product may occur and are not considered production errors.

By approving a design proof and placing an order with Simply Living Savvy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Proof Approval Policy.
